Support & Governance

  • Provide documentation, training, and technical guidance to enable efficient content management.
  • Ensure smooth CMS operations and support internal teams with website-related requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure flawless site performance and make server-side adjustments when needed.
  • Be available periodically during US business hours for critical escalations and live troubleshooting.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Experience with third-party integrations such as HubSpot, GTM, GA4, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Willingness to be accessible during US hours as needed for urgent issues
