Position: Consultant Ophthalmologist
Location: Jeypore, Odisha
Qualification
Experience
- 0–5 years preferred (Experienced candidates preferred; freshers can also apply)
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct OPD and IPD consultations for ophthalmology patients
- Diagnose and manage eye conditions such as cataract, glaucoma, refractive errors, infections, and retinal disorders
- Perform ophthalmic surgeries such as cataract (Phaco/SICS) and other procedures (if skilled)
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care
- Conduct vision testing and prescribe corrective lenses
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards
- Coordinate with optometrists and OT staff for smooth operations
