Position: Consultant General Ophthalmologist (OPD)
Location: Hassan, Karnataka
Qualification: MS / DNB Ophthalmology
Experience: 0–5 years preferred (Freshers can also apply)
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct OPD consultations for ophthalmology patients
- Diagnose and manage common eye conditions such as refractive errors, cataract, glaucoma, infections, and dry eye
- Perform basic ophthalmic procedures and minor surgeries (if required)
- Conduct vision testing and prescribe glasses/medications
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients
- Counsel patients regarding eye care, treatment options, and preventive measures
- Coordinate with optometrists and support staff for smooth patient flow
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards
