Tasks & Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 4th Axis VMC machines.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.
• Load programs and verify machining operations.
• Perform tool setting, offset correction, and tool change activities.
• Conduct in-process and final dimensional inspections using measuring instruments.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure product quality.
• Follow safety, housekeeping, and TPM practices.
• Report production, quality, and maintenance issues to supervisors.
  
  

Profile & Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Relevant CNC/VMC operating experience preferred
• Experience with VMC machining and 4th Axis operations.
• Knowledge of CNC controls (Fanuc/Siemens or equivalent).
• Ability to read technical drawings and GD&T basics.
• Proficiency in measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Understanding of machining parameters, cutting tools, and fixtures.
