Job Description

Position Summary:

Responsible for remote monitoring and control of the global fleet of Fuel Cell Plants from the Remote Monitoring and Command Center in India

Essential Functions:

Remote Monitoring and Control of the Fuel Cell Plants
Work in 8-hour shifts - either during the day or night
Communicate & Support Field Service Engineers during commissioning, troubleshooting etc and Product Quality testing team
Escalate failures per established procedure
Perform other duties as assigned

Skills Required:

Good at Diploma subject fundamentals
Basic understanding of working safely with fuels (methane, propane, etc.) and high temperature applications
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, piping, plumbing, valves and valve operation
Experience in basic Software such as Windows OS, MS-Office
Good communication skills (written & verbal)

Additional Skills / Knowledge Preferred:

Knowledge of DCS / SCADA environment is preferred in case of experienced candidate

Education:

Polytechnic diploma in Chemical / Mechanical / Energy Systems Engineering/ Electrical

Experience: 0 - 2 years related experience in the above mentioned field

Reports To: Technology Support Manager in India

Location: Mumbai (Vikhroli).
