The opportunity :

To Maintain a safe, hazard-free Workplace and consistently produce high-quality Insulation Paper products by operating Rewinder machinery in accordance with Safety Procedures and Industrial Quality Standard, Contributing to continuous improvement and Operational excellence

How you'll make an impact :

  • Set up, operate and monitor Rewinder Machinery while following all safety procedures, including Safety oriented Routine Checks of Machinery by conducting thorough safety inspection before starting work.

  • Continuous Monitoring output for product Defects, maintaining Quality by reviewing work against detailed standards and taking corrective action as needed.

  • Maintain accurate quality & Safety records, follow Standard Operating Procedures, and report any unsafe conditions, Defective equipment, or quality concerns immediately.

  • Conduct visual checks for Defects, remove any defective material, and maintain machine performance by routine Cleaning and basic Maintenance task.

  • Keep accurate records of Production and Comply with company standards such as ISO Procedures.

  • Package finished Rolls according to Packaging guidelines for Inventory and Label products correctly and communicate any stock or equipment issues to Management Promptly.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background :

  • A Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

  • Factory experience 2 - 4 years & willing work in shifts. ( A, B & C shifts)

  • Strong Problem-solving Skills.

  • Knowledge of Safety and Quality control in Machine Operation.

  • Ability to handle manual tasks and Good Communication and teamwork skills.

  • Knowledge of using Measurement Tools such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometers, and Measuring Tape to verify Dimensions and Tolerances of Product.

  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
