- Slitting and cut-to-length operations.
- Core assembly and core clamping activities.
Winding Shop Operations
- LV and HV winding of transformer coils.
- Disc winding, coil assembly, taping, and coil pressing.
- Paper covering and insulation-related operations.
CCA (Core Coil Assembly)
- Coil mounting and core-coil assembly activities.
- Lead connection, insulation assembly, and clamping operations.
Fabrication & Welding
- Plate cutting, bending, and fit-up operations.
- Arc welding, MIG/TIG welding, brazing, and grinding.
- Leak testing and fabrication support activities.
Tank-up Section
- Tank assembly and active part handling.
- Gasket fitting and bolt tightening operations.
Oil Processing
- Vacuum processing, oil filtration, and oil filling operations.
Paint Shop
- Shot blasting, surface grinding, and paint preparation.
- Spray painting, primer coating, final painting, and paint mixing.
Testing & Assembly
- Transformer testing and HV testing activities.
- Assembly operations including bushing and radiator fitting.
Dispatch & Material Handling
- Packing, loading, and material handling operations.
- EOT crane operation and dispatch support.
