Job Title: Soldering Production Operator

Reports To: Production Supervisor

Job Summary: Solder electronic components on PCBs with precision, meet daily output, and ensure zero defects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform THT/SMT soldering per IPC standards.
• Inspect and rework solder joints.
• Assemble, test, and pack PCBAs.
• Read work instructions.
• Maintain equipment and ESD safety.
• Record data in inspection reports.
• Follow 5S and cleanroom rules.
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school or ITI Holder,
• 1–3 years soldering experience.
• Micro-soldering skills, steady hands.
• Basic computer use.
