Job Title: Production Operator

Reports To: Production Supervisor

Job Summary: Meet daily output and ensure zero defects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform box assembly products as per work instructions.
• Inspect products and carry out rework.
• Perform product testing and packing.
• Follow work instructions, safety and ESD requirements.
• Record production, inspection and repair data.
• Maintain tools and workplace.
• Follow 5S and housekeeping standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school or ITI Holder,
• 1–3 years soldering experience.
• Micro-soldering skills, steady hands.
• Basic computer use.
