Key Responsibilities

  • Operate plasma processing equipment as per approved SOPs and batch manufacturing instructions.
  • Handle plasma processing steps including material transfer, processing, and intermediate handling under controlled conditions.
  • Monitor critical process parameters and ensure operations are within defined limits.
  • Maintain accurate batch records, logbooks, and equipment usage documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, aseptic practices, and safety guidelines.
  • Perform equipment cleaning, preparation, and basic maintenance checks before and after operations.
  • Report deviations, process abnormalities, and equipment issues to the supervisor immediately.
  • Coordinate with Production, QA, Engineering, and QC teams for smooth workflow.
  • Ensure proper segregation, labeling, and handling of materials and intermediates.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in production and processing areas.
  • Participate in training programs related to plasma processing and GMP compliance.
