Description:
- To operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC systems in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with cGMP requirements, cleanroom standards, and environmental control parameters (temperature, humidity, pressure, air quality).
- Operate HVAC systems including AHU, VRV/VRF, and ventilation systems
- Monitor temperature, relative humidity (RH), and differential pressure (DP) as per SOP and GMP requirements.
- Handle cleanroom HVAC systems (ISO classified areas) ensuring.
- Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Identify faults and carry out basic troubleshooting of HVAC equipment
- Coordinate with engineering/maintenance/production team for major repairs
- Maintain HVAC logbooks, checklists, and daily reports.
- Assist in HVAC validation and qualification activities
- Ensure proper functioning of filters, air distribution, and exhaust systems.
- Follow safety procedures and SOPs during operation and maintenance.
- Maintain housekeeping of HVAC areas and equipment.
