Plant Operator and Supervisor – Float / Solar Glass

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Plant Operator with 2+ years of experience in the Float Glass or Solar Glass industry. The role involves operating and monitoring production equipment across both hot end and cold end operations while ensuring smooth plant performance, product quality, and process safety.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to glass manufacturing processes, equipment handling, inspection systems, and basic troubleshooting. Candidates must be comfortable working in shift operations and maintaining production targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor hot end and cold end production lines
• Ensure process parameters and product quality standards are maintained
• Identify and report operational abnormalities or equipment issues
• Support maintenance and troubleshooting activities
• Follow safety, housekeeping, and operational SOPs
• Maintain production records and shift reports

Requirements:

• Graduate in Technical qualification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Float Glass or Solar Glass manufacturing
• Understanding of glass production processes and plant operations
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards

Candidates with a proactive mindset and strong operational discipline will be preferred.
