Operator - Flavour Blending
Role Summary
The Operator – Flavour Blending will be responsible for accurately blending flavour ingredients as per prescribed formulations and manufacturing procedures. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work with strong flavour and fragrance compounds in a production environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Organic Chemistry or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in flavour, fragrance, food, chemical, or manufacturing operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with the required aptitude may also apply.
Important Note
This role involves regular exposure to strong flavour and aroma compounds, including certain odours that may be intense or offensive to some individuals.

- High level of Integrity and reliability.
- Strong sense of Discipline and adherence to procedures.
- Steady hands with the ability to accurately dispense and weigh small quantities without deviation.
- Good odour differentiation skills and the ability to identify and distinguish between different flavour and aroma compounds.
- Basic mathematical aptitude for calculations, measurements, and batch preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately blend ingredients according to approved formulations, batch sheets, and standard operating procedures.
- Perform dispensing, weighing, measuring, and mixing activities with a high degree of precision.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety requirements, and manufacturing procedures throughout the production process.
- Handle raw materials, flavour compounds, and finished products in accordance with established quality and safety guidelines.
