Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor Softgel Encapsulation or OSD equipment.
  • Perform equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and changeover activities.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, and safety guidelines.
  • Monitor critical process parameters and record production data accurately.
  • Perform line clearance before batch commencement.
  • Report equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance teams.
  • Minimise downtime and ensure optimum machine utilisation.
  • Support batch manufacturing and packaging activities.
  • Maintain housekeeping as per 5S standards.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
