Job Description
We are currently looking for skilled and motivated candidates to join our Gears Machine Shop team at our Bangalore Plant.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure strict compliance with all Plant Safety Requirements.
Interpret and understand Engineering Drawings for products and assemblies.
Adhere to Plant and Customer Quality Standards.
Operate CNC and VMC machines, including:
Machine setting
Basic CNC programming
Performing minor adjustments, setups, and changeovers
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
Preferred Diploma in Mechanical
Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with CNC/VMC machine operations.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Understanding of quality and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Additional Information
Minimum 4 to 5 years of working experience in machine shop background
