Role Description
This is a full-time Operator role based on-site in Bharuch. The Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed, performing routine maintenance checks, and troubleshooting any technical issues. They will also assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment and collaborate with team members to improve processes and production efficiency.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in operating machinery, troubleshooting, and maintenance processes
- Understanding of safety standards and ability to follow safety protocols in an industrial setting
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
- Physical stamina and ability to work in a challenging work environment
- A high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in chemical engineering or a related field is a plus
- Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is desirable
