Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India for an Operator – Ampoule and Vial Washing, Tunnel, and Trucking Machine. The Operator will be responsible for running and monitoring ampoule and vial washing machines, ensuring proper cleaning, sterilization, and handling of containers according to standard operating procedures. The role includes operating the tunnel and trucking machines, loading and unloading materials, performing basic equipment checks, and reporting any deviations or malfunctions. The Operator will maintain cleanliness of the work area, follow safety and GMP guidelines, complete production documentation, and coordinate with the production and quality teams to support smooth manufacturing workflows.
Qualifications

Experience in operating pharmaceutical production machinery, preferably ampoule/vial washing and tunnel equipment.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene standards, and basic safety protocols in a pharmaceutical environment.
Ability to follow written instructions, standard operating procedures, and production schedules accurately.
Attention to detail for monitoring equipment parameters, identifying issues, and maintaining accurate records.
Physical ability to handle routine on-site tasks, including standing for extended periods and handling materials safely.
Effective teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality assurance personnel.
Prior experience in injectable or sterile manufacturing operations is an advantage.
Relevant technical or vocational qualification in pharmaceuticals, mechanical operations, or a related field is preferred.
