Job Description

To comply with manufacturing schedule.

u2022To operate & monitor plant operation as per quality & safety compliance.

u2022To build good work environment across teams to have healthy relations.

u2022To assume responsibility to improve process efficiency and quality of product.

u2022Responsible for operating and maintaining weighing and dispesing activities like: Pick list verfication, , Materail Receiving,weighing of materail as per requirement, verfication of weighing, Entry in SAP, Stock reconsilation, Storage of leftover materail, Issue of raw materail for wet processing etc.

u2022Responsible for operating and maintaining tipping operation like: material stagging, dumping of material, cleaning of hopper etc.

u2022Responsible for documentation as and when necessary and maintenance of records.

u2022Responsible for following policies, work instructions and SOP's.

u2022Responsible to maintain housekeeping of weighing area, change room, WIP and stagging area, Tipping area, Lift area, Staircase area.

u2022Should take initiative of preventive maintenance of his own area.

u2022Responsible for ensuring continuous compliance to Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP) and maintaining the hygiene of his area/machine.

u2022Responsible for Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.

u2022Responsible for following and delivering batches as per upstream process requirements to ensure timely delivery to customers.

u2022Need to involve in continuous improvement efforts /projects.
