The Operations Training Specialist will design, deliver, and evaluate operational training programs tailored to meet business needs. Responsibilities include assessing training needs, developing training content, delivering workshops or sessions, and monitoring training outcomes through analytical methods. • Proficiency in Operations Training and Training & Development techniques
• Strong Communication skills and ability to convey information effectively to diverse audiences
• Analytical Skills to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
• Experience in conducting Training sessions and managing training programs
• Ability to adapt training approaches to meet specific organizational needs
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in training or instructional design are a plus
• Prior experience in the retail sector will be considered an advantage
• Proficiency in using training tools, software, and technology is beneficial
