Overview
The Operations Training Specialist works in a team environment to design, develop and conduct training and create educational resources that meet the requirements and needs of HireRight's internal teams. This position will work collaboratively across the organization to recommend, design, and deliver learning solutions that will empower operations team members.
Responsibilities
- Ability to work effectively with subject matter experts, product, and professional services to design, deliver and evaluate effective training materials and content.
- Construct and conduct needs and task analysis.
- Analyze, design, deliver, implement and evaluate training programs.
- Drive innovation by incorporating new learning media/approaches into company's solutions.
- Collaborate and communicate with both external and internal customers to ensure learning needs are being met.
- Training of new training specialists.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong writing and documentation skills.
- Experience in working with cross functional teams, building alignment and collaboration.
- Must display a helpful demeanor, attention to detail, customer service orientation, and demonstrate the ability to be a contributing team member in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Ability to adapt to last minute instructions with little-to-no notice.
- Assignments are specialized in nature and usually require originality where the individual relies on experience and judgment.
Qualifications
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of and experience with training development, adult learning principles and learning program development.
- Experience with technology solutions related to learning including: Learning Management Systems, Articulate Story-line II, etc.
- Working knowledge of the FCRA.
Education And Experience
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience to include creating and maintaining learning modules and content.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
Work Environment
- May require a mix of remote and in-office work depending on business needs, including travel.
- Requires the ability to adapt to changing priorities and support team needs.
