• Location: Mumbai – Aspee, Malad (Mumbai)
• Shift: Day Shift
• Working Days: 6 Days
• Week Off: Sunday – Fixed

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in Outbound Sales – Voice Process
• Strong knowledge of Dialer & Dialer Management
• Prior experience in handling teams and driving operational performance
• Strong communication, people-management and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive team performance against business targets
• Monitor sales productivity, conversion and operational metrics
• Ensure effective utilization of dialer and calling processes
• Coach, mentor and motivate team members
• Drive adherence, quality and overall process performance
