We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Operations to join our Banking Process team in Gurugram (Gurgaon).
- Process: Banking
- Location: Gurugram (Gurgaon)
- NISM Certification: Mandatory
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Weekly Off: Sunday – Fixed
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team to achieve operational and business targets.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, and adherence.
- Drive process compliance and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching/feedback.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
Ideal Candidate:
- Relevant experience in operations/team handling, preferably within the Banking/Financial Services domain.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid NISM Certification is mandatory.
- Candidates who can work from the Gurugram location are preferred.
