What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in Team Handling and Operations Management
• Strong people management and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to drive team performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Experience in E-Commerce, Customer Service, or Contact Center Operations preferred
