Responsibilities as Team Lead:
Operations Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects involving content writing and data annotation.
- Develop and enforce operational workflows to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and KPIs.
- Effectively Manage SLAs, WBR, QBR, MBRs
Team Leadership
- Supervise and guide a team of content writers, annotators, and AI/ML engineers.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and training programs.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide project updates, address challenges, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and adhere to defined quality standards.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to workflows and processes.
Process Optimization
- Implement tools and technologies to enhance team productivity and project scalability.
What we need you to bring:
- Bachelors/masters degree in any domain
- 5+ years of experience managing operations for AI/LLM projects, content writing, or data annotation.
- 3+ Years Experience in People Management.
- Strong project and operations management expertise.
- Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, data labeling tools, and content management systems.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
