Job Description

Responsibilities as Team Lead:

Operations Management

  • Plan, execute, and monitor projects involving content writing and data annotation.
  • Develop and enforce operational workflows to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and KPIs.
  • Effectively Manage SLAs, WBR, QBR, MBRs

Team Leadership

  • Supervise and guide a team of content writers, annotators, and AI/ML engineers.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and training programs.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide project updates, address challenges, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and adhere to defined quality standards.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to workflows and processes.

Process Optimization

  • Implement tools and technologies to enhance team productivity and project scalability.

What we need you to bring:

  • Bachelors/masters degree in any domain
  • 5+ years of experience managing operations for AI/LLM projects, content writing, or data annotation.
  • 3+ Years Experience in People Management.
  • Strong project and operations management expertise.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, data labeling tools, and content management systems.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
