Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 4:30 AM (US Shift)

Experience: Minimum 2-4 years working with International clients as a Team leader or above

Qualification: Graduate

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Team Manager to lead and manage a team within our back-office international operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for team performance, process optimization, and ensuring compliance while fostering a high-performance culture aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve targets and professional growth

Drive performance management through regular coaching, feedback, and appraisals

Conduct regular team meetings and maintain seamless communication

Ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to company policies

Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies

Manage attrition, shrinkage, and ensure team stability

Coordinate with senior management and other departments

Identify potential leaders and provide training & mentorship

Oversee process improvement and ensure client satisfaction

Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance standards

Key Skills Required

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities

Proficient in MS Office and data analysis

Problem-solving, time management, and adaptability

Knowledge of back-office international processes
