Operations Team Lead

Corporate campuses do not run themselves, and the team that keeps one running smoothly is only as good as the person holding the shift together. That is the gap a facilities-management company servicing corporate campuses is hiring for, on-site in Bengaluru or Gurugram: an Operations Team Lead to run the day shift across two large campus accounts. You will be the first point of contact when something goes wrong on the floor, be it a housekeeping gap, a vendor delay, or a client escalation, and the first person the operations executives look to before it reaches the account manager. Most of the job is keeping small problems small: checklists followed, shifts covered, complaints closed before they turn into a client email. Some of it is coaching, since half the pod is in its first year on the job.

What we are looking for:

• 3 to 7 years in facilities, hospitality, or campus operations, with some team-lead or shift-supervisor experience
• Comfort managing vendors, housekeeping staff, or contract labour directly
• A calm, practical approach to escalations rather than a scripted one
• Willingness to work rotating shifts across a campus environment
• Basic spreadsheet skills for attendance and incident logs
