Your Role

Leading a Team of about 30-40 Customer Support Associates

Manage Customer Service operations

Manage Shrinkage, Attrition and SLA and other performance metrics

Your Profile

Min 8 years of experience

Should be very versed with stakeholders management (US customer)

Should have experience of working for a US client ( preferred )

Team player who can lead a very tenured team min team size handling experience of 30-40 people

Excel and Presentation skills is a must

Great communication along with conflict management skills is a must

Knows how to manage customer service process and drive SLA performance
