Title: Team Coordinator
Location: Delhi

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Team Coordinator to act as the central coordination point between the Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Training teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily schedules, reporting, lead coordination, task tracking, and interdepartmental communication to ensure smooth business operations and achievement of organizational goals.
This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, attention to detail, and the capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Planning & Scheduling
- Organize and manage daily internal meetings and follow-up schedules
- Prepare and maintain the day's operational calendar
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for the Sales Team
- Ensure timely communication of agendas, meeting updates, and action points
2. Sales Team Support & Reporting
- Collect and review daily performance reports from Sales Teams
- Prepare Excel-based sales performance reports and dashboards
- Track daily calling activities and provide regular updates to management
- Support sales personnel in sales closure and follow-up activities
- Assist in setting, monitoring, and updating sales targets and KPIs
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate operational requirements with the Operations Team
- Work closely with the Marketing Team for campaign execution and planning
- Collect reports from various departments and present updates to management
- Ensure seamless coordination between Sales, Marketing, Operations, Training, and External/3rd Party Teams
4. Marketing Reporting & Analysis
- Record and monitor marketing activities and action plans
- Generate reports and performance analysis for marketing campaigns
- Schedule and coordinate marketing planning meetings
- Track campaign progress and follow-up activities
5. Lead Management
- Handle and respond to new leads received through CRM platforms
- Assign leads to appropriate sales representatives
- Maintain and regularly update lead management sheets and databases
- Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and customer interactions
6. Progress Tracking & Task Management
- Maintain and update progress tracking sheets regularly
- Assign and monitor operational tasks using CRM/task tracking systems
- Ensure timely updates and task completion from all departments
- Track deadlines, responsibilities, and workflow efficiency
7. Training Program Coordination
- Coordinate with trainers, faculty members, and trainees
- Manage schedules for B-School graduates and student training programs
- Create and maintain trainee credit score records
- Monitor trainee attendance, learning progress, and milestones
- Coordinate with the Marketing Team regarding Google Reviews and feedback management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proactive mindset with good problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and task management tools is preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in coordination, operations, administration, or sales support roles
- Comfortable working in a startup or fast-paced business environment
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
