Operations Support Technician

Job Description

• Advanced knowledge of operating tools
• Communicating with Customer(s) & managing them
• Drawing and checking of materials
• Understanding of Floorplans
• Ensuring on service level
• Checking on quality and neatness of works
• Updating on progress via whatsapp photos / messages / emails
• Product Knowledge (technical specs)
• Standing in for any MCs or longer leave for any maintenance personnel
• Manning maintenance call line if assigned
• Hands-on troubleshoot
• Deploy out on emergency / OT service calls if required
• Driver if needed
• Vehicle Maintenance and management
• Office Maintenance if assigned

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC (Electrical Engineering/Electrical Technology/Built Environment) or work- related experience
• Good communication & team work skills
• Flexibility & willingness to work overtime and night shifts occasionally (as jobs require)
