Role OverviewWe are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Support Executive Intern to assist the Operations & Customer Success teams. You will play a key role in daily business operations, onboarding, data handling, coordination, and ensuring smooth workflow across teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Support- Assist in day-to-day platform and backend operations.
- Manage user onboarding processes, KYC follow-ups, and account-related tasks.
- Monitor and coordinate workflow between internal departments.
Customer Support & Communication- Handle customer queries through email, chat, or support channels.
- Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Provide support during masterclasses, webinars, or live sessions.
Data & Reporting- Maintain dashboards, track user activity, and prepare weekly reports.
- Record and analyze operations data for process improvement.
- Support the ops team with documentation and SOP creation.
Coordination & Administration- Assist in scheduling meetings, events, and operational activities.
- Coordinate with marketing, tech, and product teams for smooth execution.
- Perform administrative tasks as required to support management.
Skills Required- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Basic understanding of operations, customer support, or administration
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and quick learner
Preferred Qualifications- Pursuing or completed bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or similar fields
- Prior internship experience in operations/CS will be a bonus
- Interest in fintech, stock markets, trading, or startups
