Position Title: Operations Support (Night Shift)
Experience: 2-4 Years
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Hire Type: Full Time, On-site
Start Date: Immediate
PS Support Responsibilities
- Monitor scheduled jobs/processes to ensure they run on time.
- Manually trigger jobs when required.
- Validate job completion status and confirm successful processing.
- Identify job failures, delays, or performance issues.
- Perform smoke test
- Escalate issues to the technical team when deeper investigation is needed.
L1 Support Responsibilities
- Handle basic issues, user queries, password resets, access issues
- Perform initial triage, capture details, and create tickets with proper classification
- Provide first-level troubleshooting for common functional and technical issues
- Assist users with navigation and basic usage of the SCRAII system
- Perform routine checks and report anomalies to L2/L3 teams
- Maintain logs of recurring issues for future improvements
Skills Required
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic troubleshooting / triage skills
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow etc.)
- Understanding of SLAs and escalation procedures
- Ability to run, monitor, and validate scheduled jobs/processes.
- Understanding of databases (SQL for basic queries).
- Ability to Perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate when needed.
