What you will experience in this position:
SAP MM System & Process Support:
- Act as subject matter expert (SME) for all day-to-day SAP MM processes, ensuring data/system integrity and transactional accuracy related to materials management or sourcing.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of standard global operating procedures (SOPs) within the SAP environment and as it relates to the operations overall function.
- Support all functions for data maintenance in operations.
Data Governance and Maintenance:
- Provide essential data maintenance support to the Global Process Excellence team, ensuring master data quality, consistency, and compliance.
- Regularly audit, cleanse, and manage raw data across various platforms, guaranteeing reliable information for upstream and downstream processes.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including Pivot Tables, complex formulas, Power Query, and visualization) to process, transform, and analyze large volumes of raw data.
- Develop and produce accurate, informative, and visually clear reports and dashboards to support the team's ongoing analysis of process performance and efficiency and to support company initiatives.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with regional teams, IT, and functional leaders to troubleshoot issues, gather reporting requirements, and implement process enhancements globally.
- Keep track of support activities and update stakeholders.
Knowledge of S2C Digital tool:
- General understanding of S2C Digital platforms and understanding of integration points with ERP.
- Hands-on experience on tools like iValua/Coupa would be an advantage.
You have:
- Experience: Proven professional experience (minimum 3 years) as SAP MM support. Previous experience within operations and supply would be a plus.
- System Expertise (Mandatory): Demonstrated Expertise in SAP MM (Materials Management).
- Education: Bachelor Degree level educated.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skillset in MS Excel for raw data processing, manipulation, complex analysis, and reporting.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights and informative reports.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively support global stakeholders and explain technical concepts clearly.
- Detail Orientation: High degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in data maintenance and report generation.
- English Language: Proficient level required.
