The organization aims to provide equitable access to pediatric and adult specialty care across rural areas through an optimized app supporting case-based e-mentorship for rural doctors. Established in 2020 by Dr. Ketan Parikh, a leading pediatric surgeon and healthcare innovator, the platform is designed to empower primary doctors, enhance patient safety, and enrich the overall healthcare experience. PyraMed Telemedicine combines expertise from doctors and technocrats to deliver affordable, accessible, and accurate telemedicine solutions that bridge the gap between primary and specialized healthcare.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai (Ghatkopar-East) for an Office Administrative Assistant at PyraMed Telemedicine. The selected individual will handle daily administrative tasks such as managing schedules, answering and directing phone calls, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and supporting executive management. Additional responsibilities include clerical support to ensure smooth office operations and excellent communication and coordination across teams.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to efficiently support daily office management and upper management needs.
  • Strong phone etiquette and Communication skills, with the ability to professionally handle inquiries and maintain productive correspondence.
  • Competency in Clerical Skills, including record-keeping, organizational tasks, and managing administrative workflows.
  • Proficiency in MS- Excel, google drive management and other standard office software is a necessity.
  • Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Experience in a similar role in the healthcare or telemedicine industry is an advantage but freshers who feel that they are up to the challenge are also welcome.
