As an Operations Supervisor at Project Banao, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of projects. This includes task allotment, progress tracking, timely delivery, client communication, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external vendors. Your focus will be on achieving operational efficiency without compromising on quality or resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations related to ongoing projects.
- Ensure timely allotment and delivery of tasks to internal teams and vendors.
- Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients.
- Track project progress and ensure timely updates are shared with all stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage a team of vendors, freelancers, and project coordinators.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in operations, coordination, or project management is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using spreadsheets and online communication tools.
