Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an end-to-end Operations Supervisor located in Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of products and services. They will also be responsible for managing team members and ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills, Operations, and Operations Management skills
• Analytical Skills and attention to detail
• Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in the pet industry or related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
