Operations Supervisor

Awear Beauty is a next-generation Indian skincare brand merging clean beauty with advanced Korean biotech innovation. We're growing fast and looking for an Operations Supervisor who will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of our operations- from inventory management to packaging orders and coordinating with customers.

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for handling all on-ground operations at our office/warehouse - managing inventory, overseeing order packing and dispatch, maintaining stock accuracy, and communicating with customers for order-related queries. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that ensures every order and every customer experience runs perfectly.

Order & Inventory Management

• Supervise daily order packing and dispatch process.
• Manage and update inventory across Shopify and internal trackers.
• Ensure all products are packed safely, labeled correctly, and dispatched on time.
• Track courier pickups, deliveries, and RTOs (returns).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of office and stock area.

Customer Coordination

• Speak to customers for order confirmations, delivery follow-ups, and issue resolutions.
• Handle RTO (return-to-origin) and non-delivery cases efficiently.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights

Office & Team Supervision

• Ensure the workspace is well-maintained and running smoothly.
• Report daily activity and stock updates to management.

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or e-commerce.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Hands-on approach- comfortable managing packaging, shipping, and customer calls.
• Knowledge of Shopify, Excel, and courier dashboards is a plus.
• Organized, reliable, and responsible personality.
