Job Summary
We are looking for a warm and enthusiastic Operations Strategy Intern to join our team. If you have a passion for resource allocation, process improvement, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy building client relations, we'd love to hear from you!
Duties & Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for all visiting clients both online and offline. Understand and convey the essence and values of HB+ and HOP, ensuring clients receive a warm and informative welcome.
- Inquiry and Booking Management: Efficiently handle client inquiries, provide comprehensive information about our services and facilities, and assist with booking sessions and scheduling personal training.
- Membership Management: Manage all aspects of membership including registrations, renewals, and cancellations. Ensure a seamless experience for members during all administrative interactions.
- Financial Transactions: Handle invoicing and process payments for services and memberships, both cash and online transactions, ensuring accuracy and security in all financial dealings.
- Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date member records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in line with company policies.
- Operational Support: Manage the front desk operations. Assist in streamlining operational procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the HB+ team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Participate actively in team meetings, contributing ideas for process enhancements and member experience improvement.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Qualification: Graduate or pursuing degree in BBA/BBM (Sales, Marketing, Hospitality or Operations).
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative roles, or fitness industry preferred.
Skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets and Drive.
- Familiarity with membership management systems is a plus.

Application Process
- Carefully read the JD and apply for the role.
- A subject matter Telephonic/Personal Interview of qualified candidates will be conducted.
- The HR Team shall send a simple questionnaire test for screening round.
- A final round of interview with the founders will be conducted.
- Selected candidates shall be intimated via mail directly by the HR Team and the orientation process will follow.
- Post intimation and dispatch of offer letters, the on-boarding process will begin.
