Position description:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine strategic operational models that ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Identify process gaps and implement automation-driven solutions for seamless execution.
- Ensure operational strategies align with regulations and internal policies.
- Integrate workflows between Group Operations, Priority Partner Support and Non-Motor teams to create a frictionless system.
- Leverage analytics to predict trends, optimize decision-making, and refine execution models.

- Education:Bachelor's/master's degree in business, Operations, or a related field. Experience in Lean Six Sigma, operational AI models, or large-scale business transformations is an added advantage.
