The Mission

Your mission is to run our store operations smoothly by ensuring our organic food products are stored properly, handled with care, and packed in a clean and hygienic way. You will make sure the store is well maintained and every order reaches customers safely and on time.

Location: Full-time, On-site. Devanahalli,Bangalore (15 minutes from Bangalore Airport).

Success in 90 Days

  • Fast Deliveries: Ensure most of the customer orders in Bangalore are delivered within 24 hours
  • Low Customer Issues: Maintain very few complaints related to wrong products, damaged packaging, or product quality.
  • Clean & Organized Store: The store, grinding area, and storage areas remain clean and hygienic at all times.
  • Smooth Operations: Ensure work never stops because of missing packaging materials or supplies.
  • Always in Stock: Make sure the food products are always in stock so customers can always place their orders.

What You Will Do (Non-Negotiables)

  • Maintain Food Quality: Ensure all organic food products are clean, fresh, and stored properly at all times.
  • Keep the Store Hygienic: Maintain strict cleanliness in the store, grinding area, and storage areas every day.
  • Maintain Accurate Inventory: Update the Zoho system so it shows exactly what is in bulk, what is packed, and what is shipped.
  • Ensure Correct Packing & Dispatch: Make sure every order is packed correctly and dispatched on time.
  • Pest Care: Perform a full check of all grains for bugs. Use natural ways (like sun-drying) to keep everything fresh.
  • Food Stock: Track food products and inform the sourcing team in advance so items never run out.
  • Manage Packaging Materials: Ensure boxes, bags, stickers, and other packing materials are always available.

Who You Are

  • The Experience: You have 35 years of experience managing a store or operations, handling inventory, team coordination, and daily store activities.
  • A Responsible Leader: You take full ownership of store operations, product quality, and cleanliness, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
