Global Business Services (GBS) is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ship & Debit Operations Specialist whose main responsibilities will be to validate and process partner claims against approved Special Pricing Agreements (SPAs), reconcile inventory and transaction discrepancies, review and resolve claim exceptions and rejections, ensure compliance with partner eligibility requirements and operational controls, and generate accrual and operational reports to support financial close activities.

Key Role & Responsibilities

  • Claim Processing: Validate and process point-of-sale (POS) data and align it with approved Special Pricing Agreements (SPAs).
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Audit & Compliance: Review processed claims, resolve claim rejections, and verify that all inventory and transactions meet partner eligibility requirements.
  • Reporting: Generate accrual reports and assist the accounting or finance team with month-end closures.

Required Skills & Experiences

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years upto 9 years of experience in supply chain operations, order management.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP/CRM software.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills to negotiate and resolve disputes quickly.
