Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Operations Specialist to join our team on-site in Bengaluru. In this role, you will oversee and optimize day-to-day operational processes to support smooth service delivery of corporate wellness solutions. Responsibilities include coordinating wellness program logistics, implementing process improvement initiatives, managing schedules, and collaborating across teams to ensure seamless execution. The Operations Specialist will also analyze operational data to identify enhancement opportunities, contribute to project planning, and support client relationships with professionalism and problem-solving expertise.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Operations Management and Project Management to effectively design workflows and manage initiatives.
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and optimize processes for efficiency.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to convey ideas clearly and collaborate across teams.
- Sales experience or abilities to help identify opportunities for service growth and client satisfaction.
- Highly organized with attention to detail to support planning and implementation of wellness programs.
- Prior experience in a wellness or service-oriented industry is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
