We are seeking a
Load Scheduling Specialist for our Mumbai office, supporting US operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the timely movement of materials across the supply chain by coordinating load scheduling activities and maintaining strong communication with suppliers, traders, and customers. This position operates in rotational shifts (9 hours) between 7:00 AM IST and 2:30 AM IST, based on business requirements, and offers opportunities for growth within the organization.
Our Team
You will be part of the GP Harmon Recycling operations team, a global network focused on efficient logistics and collaborative trading. The team works closely with suppliers, traders, and customers to ensure seamless material movement and high service reliability.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate and manage load scheduling activities to enable smooth material movement from suppliers to end customers
- Act as a key liaison between suppliers, internal traders, and customers to ensure timely processing and execution
- Handle both truck and rail shipment coordination, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements
- Ensure timely communication of scheduling updates, confirmations, and changes to all stakeholders
- Maintain and update system data (FOPS) to reflect accurate load scheduling, changes, and cancellations
- Support monthly and ongoing scheduling activities, ensuring alignment with operational capacity and business needs
- Facilitate documentation processes such as release numbers, gate passes, and shipping paperwork
- Contribute to process efficiency by identifying opportunities to improve turnaround time and service quality
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Graduate in any discipline
- 3–5 years of experience in BPO, logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or related industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in rotational shifts based on business requirements
