Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for an Operations Specialist & HR professional. The individual in this role will oversee daily operations, manage human resource functions, coordinate projects, optimize operational processes. Responsibilities also include analyzing operational data to improve efficiency and fostering organizational growth by ensuring effective internal and external communications. We are based in Jaipur & this is an onsite job.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate processes and drive operational efficiency
• Excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with team members and external stakeholders
• Experience in operations management and project management

• Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
