About Our Client
An organisation operating within the consumer goods industry in Singapore.
Job Description
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to organize and manage shipment loading schedules.
- Process and maintain complete import and export documentation in compliance with shipping requirements.
- Handle import and export documentation, and letter of credit.
- Draft and administer purchase and sales agreements accurately and promptly.
- Perform data entry, generate invoices, and maintain records using the company's ERP system.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Operations Specialist should have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales support, shipping coordination, or logistics operations.
- Familiarity with Letter of Credit (L/C) procedures and documentation is a must.
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, including written and spoken Mandarin and Cantonese, to liaise with stakeholders in China and Hong Kong.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel (Pivot Tables).
- Meticulous, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities while working independently.
