About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Operations Senior Manager. Lead the endtoend servicing, administration, and operational governance of a complex syndicated loan portfolio (Agented or participant portfolio). As the daytoday Administrative/Facility Agent /Portfolio participant , you'll ensure precise & timely transaction processing (interest/principal/fees), covenant and compliance tracking, lender communications, amendments/consents, and accurate booking in loan servicing platforms ( Loan IQ). You'll drive control, efficiency, and marketaligned practices (ARRC/LMA/LSTA conventions) across the servicing lifecycle.
In this role , you will oversee interest, principal, and fee calculations, billing, collection, and distribution-aligning with credit agreement mechanics and benchmark conventions (e.g., SOFR daily simple/compounded, lookback, daycount).
Implement robust reconciliation (custodial/agency accounts, lender positions) and ensure ontime postings to bank systems.
