Job Summary
The Scheduling Associate is responsible for coordinating, managing, and optimizing schedules for internal teams, trainers/faculty, or clients. The role ensures smooth operations by aligning availability, resources, and timelines while maintaining accuracy and effective communication with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Create, manage, and update daily/weekly schedules for faculty, trainers, or operations teams
2. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to confirm availability and session timelines
3. Ensure optimal utilization of resources and avoid scheduling conflicts
4. Communicate schedule changes promptly and accurately
5. Maintain scheduling records and reports in internal systems
6. Support operations and HR teams with planning and workforce allocation
7. Handle last-minute changes, rescheduling, and escalations professionally
8. Ensure adherence to organizational policies and timelines
Required Skills & Competencies
1. Strong organizational and time-management skills
2. Excellent verbal and written communication
3. Attention to detail and accuracy
4. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
5. Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and scheduling tools
6. Problem-solving and coordination skills
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA preferred)
02 years of experience in scheduling, coordination, operations, or HR support
Freshers with strong coordination skills may also apply
Laptop Mandatory.
