What you'll do

Drive projects that matter. Manage NPI, system implementation and continuous improvement projects that support operational excellence and business growth.
Lead transformation. Take charge of special projects, process design and deployment (PDD/DPD) initiatives, and operational transformation programmes.
Keep everything on track. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders so milestones and deliverables land on time.
Turn data into insight. Build dashboards, reports and performance trackers that support project governance and decision-making.
Engage with customers. Contribute to governance meetings and business reviews with clear reporting and project updates.
Digitalise and automate. Spot opportunities to improve processes, automate tasks and digitalise workflows so operations become more efficient and scalable.

What we're looking for

Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field
1 to 3 years of experience in project management, operations excellence, continuous improvement, business analytics or supply chain operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and find improvement opportunities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and dashboard tools such as Power BI
Familiarity with PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, VBA, SQL or similar automation and reporting tools is a plus
Strong stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills
