Role Summary: Own on-ground execution and governance of academic or skilling programs at assigned institutions, ensuring operational efficiency, quality delivery, and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program execution at university locations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional stakeholders, trainers, and vendors
- Coordinate curriculum delivery, training schedules, and assessments
- Monitor program performance, reporting, and issue resolution
- Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and governance frameworks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Strong program / project management background
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
- Prior experience with universities, training institutions, or skilling programs preferred
