Role Overview
We are looking for an Operations & Partnerships Manager who can coordinate across teams, hospitals, and partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the chat support team to ensure no patient queries remain pending
- Take regular updates from the marketing team and track ongoing work
- Work with hospital ground-level teams to collect, update, and review hospital data
- Support new hospital collaborations and partnerships
- Maintain weekly reports, meeting minutes, and operational documentation
- Coordinate regularly with the tech team for updates and issue resolution
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 13 years of experience in operations, coordination, project management, or healthcare-related roles
- Strong communication, follow-up, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working in hospital and field environments
- Experience in startups, hospitals, NGOs, or healthtech is a plus
