Position description:

Operations - Officer - WBO Managed Instalment Loan

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper inwarding of Login files received from Sales / RMs are recorded in the register.
• Bar code generation and affixing stickers in the loan file.
• Dispatching the DARO to dealers, NOC to customers dispatched over post, NDC is handed over to RM or customer in person and direct file dispatch to local storage vendors.
• Dispatching of the files to CPU, Interactions and coordination with Sales/Credit/Collections, Interaction with CPA and Dealer
• Ensure training at regular intervals to staff at various levels.
